Tieguanyin is a semi-fermented tea. The green leaves and red edges are the traditional quality of Tieguanyin. Because the traditional method of making Tieguanyin tea requires a longer and heavier semi-fermentation time, it has a heavy and solid appearance, and the color of the tea soup after brewing is also relatively strong (orange and bright). It tastes mellow and sweet, with a rich fruity aroma and a unique taste. Color, aroma, taste, charm and quality characteristics of green leaves and red edges. Nanyan's traditional Tieguanyin has a solid and even shape, a dark brown and oily tea soup, a bright orange color, and a rich and mellow aroma.

Tieguanyin
Tieguanyin soup always has a grayish color, but under the light there is a deep flow of mercury. At first taste, it exudes a graceful aroma of pine wood and faint orchids. First, a soft layer is formed on the top of the tongue, like down, and slowly spreads.
The taste is light and elegant in the mouth, and then lingers. Even if my tongue has been drinking tea for many years, it will never be able to match its lingering sweetness. Especially the round aftertaste in the throat is like a deep musical bow, opening up the timbre of the taste buds.
