Shifeng Mingqian Longjing
"Shifeng Mingqian Longjing", also known as "Shifeng Famous Garden Longjing", is a rare green tea produced in Hangzhou. It originates from a famous garden at the foot of Shifeng Mountain. The tea trees in the garden have a history of more than 300 years, but their annual output is very small. Its leaves are small, flat, and green in color. The soup releases a light aroma of vegetables and herbs. The taste is mild and soft, with a long lasting finish. Due to the classic Longjing style characteristics faintly revealed in the green leaves, "Shifeng Mingqian Longjing" is known as the "Mother of Longjing" and is one of the fine green teas highly praised by tea connoisseurs from all walks of life.
