Not All Long Jing is Created Equal: Shifeng Mountain's Finest
Core Production Areas
Long Jing tea is primarily produced in three regions: Xihu, Qiantang, and Yuezhou. Within the Xihu region, there are five core areas, with Shifeng being the most prestigious. The legendary "Eighteen Royal Long Jing Trees," favored by Emperor Qianlong, are also located in the Longjing Village of Shifeng Mountain.
Fook Ming Tong insists on visiting Longjing Village every year to gather the finest tea at the best times.
