In the Nanyan tea region, following this year harvest of Tie Guan Yin fresh leaves is the tea processing procedure. Consecutive days of clear sunny weather graced us with temperatures reaching 30°C and cool breezes in the evenings.
These favorable natural conditions endowed this year's autumn tea with its distinctive character of "Rich Aroma and Enduring Yin Flavour."
