Floral Tea

Jasmine tea is first made from tender buds in early spring to product green tea, which is then scented naturally by jasmine flowers.  Through the process of scenting, the floral aroma and tea flavor are integrated.  As a result, this floral tea has a particularly high concentration of aromatic compounds, which can help relieve stress.

The making process of Floral Tea

Choose fresh green tea as the base, and then prepare jasmine flower at "Dog Days" (the hottest days in summer). When the flower buds open, carefully remove the petals and place them among the tea leaves. Control the proportion carefully. Then lightly cover for fermentation and scenting, during which the temperature and humidity are controlled to naturally infuse the aroma of the floral tea.
