The making process of Pu'er ripe tea

After picking the fresh tea leaves from the green bark tea trees, workers need to be sent back to the tea garden as soon as possible to dehydrate and ferment the tea leaves. This process requires maintaining the humidity of the tea leaves so that the oxidation reaction can occur smoothly. After fermentation, the tea leaves will turn dark brown. The fermented tea leaves are then dried into a crushed shape, which is the initial form of black tea. Finally, these teas are carefully selected and then roasted and processed into edible high-quality dark tea.
