Shipping Arrangements

Fook Ming Tong strives to create a pleasant and convenient online shopping experience for you. Simply select your desired products and enter your delivery address, and we will arrange the delivery service for you. We will confirm the charges within 3 working days and arrange for delivery.

If no one is available to receive the package during regular working days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm), you may choose to have it delivered to your workplace or another address for more convenience.

Shipping Fees and Handling Charges

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on product weight. Taxes and duties are not included.

1. Hong Kong and Macau Deliveries:

• We offer free delivery within Hong Kong and Macau for orders at net purchase of HKD400 or above.
• HKD50 delivery fee per order for orders below HKD400.
• Taxes and duties are not included.
  
• Delivery Service in Hong Kong is not applicable to restricted areas, village houses, or outlying islands.
• It takes approximately 3-5 working days for Hong Kong or Macau deliveries.
  

2. International Deliveries:

• We offer free international deliveries for orders at net purchase of HKD2,500 or above.
• For orders below HKD2,500, shipping charges will be calculated based on product weight and volume per order, and will be displayed at checkout.
• Taxes and duties are not included.
• All shipping charges are calculated in Hong Kong Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. 
• Note: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination’s logistics conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

All estimated delivery times are for reference only and cannot be guaranteed. Order processing may be delayed due to payment confirmation and delivery information verification.

We are not responsible for delays or rejections due to customs clearance.

For international deliveries, we are not responsible for any additional charges / taxes & duties and delays caused by customs clearance.
