How to place an order on the Fu Ming Tang Tea House website?

Operation guide:

1. Select a brand or product from the list of features at the top, or use the search engine to explore your favorite products.
2. After finding the product you like, click "Add to Cart". After adding all your favorite items to your shopping cart, you can choose to check out in the "Shopping Cart".
3. Log in to your account. If you have not yet created an account, please follow the instructions and fill in the necessary contact information.
4. Please fill in the shipping address, shipping method and payment method to complete checkout.
5. After confirming and completing the order, our colleagues will prepare your package as soon as possible and arrange delivery to you directly. At the same time, we will follow up and update the status of your order for you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you just need to provide your email address and phone number. We recommend that you register for an account to make checkout easier, however, you can also place and track orders as a guest and choose to register for an account at a time that suits you.

I forgot my password: what should I do?

Simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the "My Account" page, enter your email address as instructed, and you will receive a password reset email shortly after.

We currently accept all major credit cards as well as bank transfer and FPS.

Can I place an order and pay later?

Yes, but please note that we will only ship the item after full payment is confirmed. If payment is not made after 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

In which currency can I make purchases?

All orders are calculated in Hong Kong dollars at the latest exchange rate. We also provide Taiwan Dollars and US Dollars for reference.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

If the customer finds that he is not satisfied with the product after receiving the goods, he must keep the shopping receipt to exchange the goods once, and send an email to the company (info@fookmington.com) within 7 days after receiving the goods. After confirmation by the company, the customer must submit the request Returned goods will be returned to our company within 14 days for verification.

Are all promotions/offers the same?

Not necessarily, eShop promotions/offers may differ from those in retail stores.

Are all items the same as those found in retail stores?

The eShop has a smaller variety of items. However, there may be some online exclusive offers and merchandise.

Can I shop on the eShop and pick up my items at a retail store?

No, we are currently unable to arrange this service, but it may be included in the future.

Shipping Arrangements

Fook Ming Tong strives to create a pleasant and convenient online shopping experience for you. Simply select your desired products and enter your delivery address, and we will arrange the delivery service for you. We will confirm the charges within 3 working days and arrange for delivery.

If no one is available to receive the package during regular working days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm), you may choose to have it delivered to your workplace or another address for more convenience.

Shipping Fees and Handling Charges

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on product weight. Product weights will be clearly listed during shopping.

  1. Local Delivery (Hong Kong) Free shipping for local orders of HK$400 or above. (Hong Kong local delivery only, excluding restricted areas, village houses, and outlying islands) Local delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.
  2. International Shipping Free shipping for overseas orders of HK$2,500 or above. All postal charges are calculated in Hong Kong currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Note: International shipping times vary depending on location.
