Shipping arrangements

Fu Ming Tang is committed to creating a pleasant and convenient online shopping experience for you. You only need to select the product you like and enter the delivery address, and we will arrange the delivery service for you. The tea house will confirm the charge within 3 working days and then arrange the delivery of the goods.

If there is no one at home to collect the goods during normal working days (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.), you can select the shipping address as your work place or other address to make the collection easier and more convenient.

Mailing service provider

In order to improve delivery efficiency and make customers more satisfied, we choose internationally renowned transportation companies to deliver your shipments. When the product is delivered to your door, the recipient must sign for confirmation. If there is no one to collect the product when it arrives, the courier company will contact you to make other collection arrangements.

Shipping and handling charges

Shipping costs will be calculated when settling the order, and we charge based on the weight of the product. The weight of the product will be specified at the time of purchase.

Shipping to Hong Kong, enjoy free shipping with purchases of HK$400 or more.
Shipping to other countries and cities, you can enjoy free shipping with purchases of HK$2,500 or more.

We are not responsible for delays or rejections due to customs clearance.

Returns and exchanges

Thank you for shopping on the Fu Ming Tang website! We hope you love the product you order, but if you change your mind when you receive it, no refunds will be given as this is food according to the terms and conditions. Please note that the terms listed below only apply to online store purchases, and products ordered online cannot be returned in physical stores.

If customers find any problems with the product after receiving the goods, they must keep the purchase receipt and report it to the company (info@fookmington.com) via email within 7 days after receipt, so that the company can make further arrangements and processing.

Items that have been used, modified, damaged or incompletely packaged will not be returned. The company reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the goods.

Unless the product itself is defective or has been sent by mistake, the return shipping fee will not be refunded and the customer must bear the relevant shipping costs.
