Spring in a Cup: 2026 Dongshan Pre-Qingming BI LUO CHUN
April is the perfect time to taste the essence of spring. Fook Ming Tong Tea Shop proudly presents our first batch of 2026 Dongshan Pre-Qingming BI LUO CHUN.
Grown along the shores of Lake Tai in Suzhou, these tea trees are planted alongside fruit trees. Each young bud absorbs the natural scent of blossoms, creating its signature "floral fragrance and fruity taste."
From early morning picking and careful sorting to the final firing, every step is handcrafted by master tea farmers. The dried leaves are tightly curled like tiny snail shells and covered in silvery fuzz, creating a beautiful "flying snow" effect when brewed.
