The Tea Master's Philosophy on Roasting
For traditional Tie Guan Yin, we specifically employ medium-fire roasting because autumn tea leaves are relatively thinner; high fire can easily damage their soul – the "Yin Flavour”.
Medium fire preserves the aromatic complexity while ensuring the tea is mellow and thick. Every batch of tea is reevaluated by experts in both Hong Kong and Hangzhou, assuring consistent quality.
Autumn Tie Guan Yin, rich with autumn aroma, is now available in stores and online.
