閏六月的秋茶密碼
2025年鐵觀音秋茶因逢閏六月，開採時間較往年稍遲。十月三日，我們於安溪南岩核心產區正式啟幕這場秋茶採收，手工採摘鐵觀音鮮葉，以傳統與清香工藝雙軌並進，呈現層次豐富的茶湯。逾十度的大晝夜溫差，凝聚出今秋獨有的「秋香」韻味。

The Secret Code of the Leap Month Autumn Tea
The 2025 Tie Guan Yin autumn tea harvest began slightly later than usual due to the leap June in the lunar calendar. On October 3rd, we officially commenced this year's autumn tea season in the core growing area of Anxi Nanyan. Fresh Tie Guan Yin leaves were carefully hand-picked. Using both traditional and refreshing processing methods, we have created a tea with complex layers of flavor. The large temperature difference of over 10°C between day and night helps build up this enduring, strong fragrance of "Autumn Aroma".
Autumn Tie Guan Yin, rich with autumn aroma, is now available in stores and online.
