晨起雲霧鎖山頭，偶有細雨沾衣，氣溫14-20度，微冷。
這樣的天氣，茶葉生長緩慢而內質沉澱，是累積香氣的關鍵時刻。
自家茶園正式開採！
只採合乎採摘標準的鮮葉——大自然有它自己的節奏。
昨日製作好的毛茶也已送往人工挑梗。
每一步，都不求快，只追求品質做得最好。
茶，是工夫，也是耐心。

Morning clouds wrapped the mountain peaks, with occasional light drizzle.
Temperature: 14–20°C – slightly cool.
In this weather, tea leaves grow slowly but accumulate rich inner qualities – the crucial moment for building aroma.
Today, our own tea plantation officially begins the harvest!
We only pick fresh leaves that meet the standard – nature has its own rhythm.
The maocha (unrefined tea) made yesterday has also been sent for manual stem removal.
Every step takes time – our only pursuit is the finest quality.
Tea is craftsmanship. And patience.
