The time available for picking Pre-Qingming Long Jing is only a couple of days and high quality tea leaves are not easy to be found.

Shifeng Pre-Qingming Long Jing

"Shifeng Pre-Qingming Long Jing", also known as "Shifeng Famous Garden Long Jing", is a rare green tea produced in Hangzhou. It originates from a famous garden at the foot of Shifeng Mountain. The tea trees in the garden have a history of more than 300 years, but their annual output is very small. Its leaves are small, flat, and green in color. The soup releases a light aroma of vegetables and herbs. The taste is mild and soft, with a long lasting finish. Due to the classic Long Jing style characteristics faintly revealed in the green leaves, "Shifeng Pre-Qingming Long Jing" is known as the "Mother of Long Jing" and is one of the fine green teas highly praised by tea connoisseurs from all walks of life.
