Yixing purple clay pottery is recognized as a Chinese intangible cultural heritage. As an outstanding traditional art of China, it possesses a rich and elegant language of form, a unique artistic style, and a captivating artistic charm, standing out at the pinnacle of ceramic art. Fook Ming Tong collaborated with Yixing craft artist Yang Xiufen and assistant craft artist Shen Juang to create four types of purple clay teapots. The bottoms of the pots and the undersides of the lids are stamped with the seals of renowned masters and Fuming Tang, making them particularly valuable for collectors.

The process of making a teapot involves: 1. the body, 2. the lid, 3. the handle, and 4. the spout. The "Waves" design features smooth lines, seamlessly integrating different parts without revealing any joints.

Although the shape is unique, practicality has not been overlooked; the pot pours very smoothly, which is quite rare.
