Tieguanyin is a semi-fermented tea, its distinguishing feature is the red edges around the green leaves. The traditional method of making Tieguanyin tea requires a longer semi-fermentation time, resulting in the clustering of the leaves and a darker color of the tea (bright orange). It tastes mellow and has a rich fruity aroma, such a combination of distinctive scent, hue and red edged leaves forms the unique character of Nanyan's traditional Tieguanyin. Its brisk and refreshing taste has won the hearts of many tea drinkers.

Tieguanyin
Tieguanyin soup always has a grayish color, but under the light there is a deep flow of mercury. At first taste, it exudes a graceful aroma of pine wood and faint orchids. First, a soft layer is formed on the top of the tongue, like down, and slowly spreads.
