Tie Guan Yin is a semi-fermented tea, its distinguishing feature is the red edges around the green leaves. The traditional method of making Tie Guan Yin tea requires a longer semi-fermentation time, resulting in the clustering of the leaves and a darker color of the tea (bright orange). It tastes mellow and has a rich fruity aroma, such a combination of distinctive scent, hue and red edged leaves forms the unique character of Nanyan's traditional Tie Guan Yin. Its brisk and refreshing taste has won the hearts of many tea drinkers.

Tieguanyin
